THE STICKER IS THE PRICE
The price on the car is the price on the contract, plus sales tax, state licensing and the $200 documentary service fee printed on the sticker. Nothing is added at the desk.
FINANCING
Pre-approval uses a soft credit check. A full application happens only when you choose a lender, and you see the rate, the term and the total cost in writing first.
PAYMENT
Card for the $500 deposit, then a cashier’s check, a wire or a lender payoff. A deposit holds a car for 48 hours and is refunded in full if you don’t buy.
WARRANTY
Every car carries a limited powertrain and electrical warranty for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. Wear items like tires and brake pads are covered for defects, not for wear.
EXCHANGE
Changed your mind? Exchange the car within 7 days or 300 miles for another car on the lot, with the price difference settled in writing.
